INTERNATIONAL KOUROS AWARD

The magic of timeless values has inspired in classical mythology the sculptural creation of the Kouros, and eternally young boy whose beauty and form becomes a metaphor of all things good and just, in the historic definition of Kalos and Agatos. The International Award refers to the marble statue of the Greek Kouros magnum which was found in Reggio Calabria in 1990 . From the Eternal City, the capital of Italy as ever more essential to the process of European unification, the event acts as a qualified Ambassador for excellence of values and a sophisticated ethical conscience from which the dream modernity can be built.
